Neurofeedback
Training Your Brain, Naturally
How does it work?
During a session, small sensors are placed on your scalp to measure brainwave activity. You’ll sit comfortably—often watching a movie or listening to music—while the system tracks your brainwaves and gives subtle feedback when your brain moves toward a more balanced state.
Over time, your brain learns what those healthy patterns feel like and starts to shift on its own. It’s a bit like physical therapy for your brain—supporting better focus, mood, sleep, and overall mental clarity.

What can neurofeedback help with?
Neurofeedback can support people struggling with a wide range of challenges, including:
- Academic or athletic enhancement
- ADHD/ADD
- Anxiety
- Autism
- Concussion or traumatic brain injury
- Depression
- Executive function
- OCD
- Peak performance & focus
- PTSD
- Sleep issues
Is it personalized?
Yes! While some protocols can be effective without Brain Mapping, we often recommend starting with a qEEG Brain Map for a more targeted approach. It helps us create a plan based on your unique brain activity—not just your symptoms.
What to expect during a session
Sessions are non-invasive and pain-free. You’ll sit comfortably while sensors collect your brainwave activity, and you’ll receive feedback through visual or audio cues on a screen. Your brain responds to this feedback automatically, learning how to produce more optimal patterns. Sessions typically last around 30-45 minutes, and the number of sessions varies depending on your goals and needs, with many people noticing changes within several sessions.
Is Neurofeedback Right for You?
If you are looking for a natural, medication-free approach to improving your mental clarity, emotional regulation, and focus, neurofeedback may be a beneficial option. It is a gentle, personalized process that helps your brain learn to function more efficiently, supporting your overall well-being.
